MCS on TRL and in AP Magazine
Motion City Soundtrack's video for Broken Heart will receive a "First Look" on MTV's TRL (Total Request Live) today (Tuesday, August 28th). Check your local listings for when TRL will air in your area and then go vote for the video at MTV.com's poll and make sure you pick that you LOVE IT!

You can also check out an article on MCS in the next issue of Alternative Press magazine (Issue #231/October 2007—with Chiodos on the cover) that should be in stores very soon.

This Is For Real + more UK tour support
The latest news update on motioncitysoundtrack.com mentions that MCS is currently in California shooting a video for "This Is For Real". The video is going to be directed by Jay Martin, who you may know for directing Death Cab For Cutie's "The New Year" video and the Plain White T's "Hey There Delilah" video.

Also, Zolof the Rock and Roll Destroyer has been announced as the other supporting band (along with Straylight Run) for the UK tour next month.

This Is For Real UK digital single
In addition to the vinyl and cd singles for "This Is For Real" being released on September 3rd in the UK, a digital single will also be released. The single will have an acoustic version of "Broken Heart" with it (featuring Korin Louise Cox from the band the Hard Lessons). You can pre-order the digital single at 7digital.com.

Speaking of pre-orders, a few days ago I added numerous pre-order links for Even If It Kills Me to the right side of the home page, so check those out. Many other sites are offering pre-orders, so if your favorite is not listed you might want to check on your own.

Lastly, check out MCS's online merch store for some new items and sales!
